About Our Lab

About our lab: Our research focuses on the development and investigation of nanoscale optoelectronic and quantum materials. Utilizing advanced microscopy and ultrafast spectroscopy techniques, we have conducted extensive studies on the optical and photophysics properties of emergent optoelectronic materials, including halide perovskites, 2D semiconductors, and noble metal nanostructures. We explore the fundamental laws and control mechanisms governing their interaction with light and matter within optical microcavities, focusing on phenomena such as exciton-polaritons and Bose-Einstein condensates (BEC). Additionally, we investigate their applications in nanophotonic and quantum devices, including micro/nanolasers, sensors, and switches.

Our Research Focuses

We focus on the light-matter interactions, photophysics, and lasing devices of low-dimensional semiconductors and noble metals.
